Michelle A. Masuda, DDS, MSD

Dr. Michelle Masuda is a native of Orange County, CA. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. Her education then brought her to San Francisco where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
In dental school, she was involved in community service activities with ‘SCOPE’ (Student Community Outreach for Public Education) and the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco. She also had the amazing opportunity to travel to the Philippines on a dental mission trip, providing free dental care in underserved areas. Dr. Masuda was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon and Tau Kappa Omega dental honor societies based on outstanding academic achievements.
Before entering specialty training, she worked in private practice and was an instructor at the University of the Pacific. Dr. Masuda received her Certificate in Orthodontics and Master’s of Science degree from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. While in residency, she traveled to China with Rotaplast International to treat children with cleft lip and palate.
Dr. Masuda stays current with the latest in orthodontics as a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists and the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists.
Dr. Masuda resides in Concord with her husband Mark, and sons, Travis and Oliver. In her free time, Dr. Masuda enjoys cooking and baking, playing board games, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
